Terms and Conditions for Voice37 macOS software and web presence, dated 26 October 2026. Handcrafted in Great Britain by Circle37.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Voice37 ("the Software"), created by Circle37. By downloading, installing, or using Voice37 on macOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. Software License & Permitted Use

Voice37 is licensed, not sold. Circle37 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voice37 on compatible Apple Silicon Mac hardware running macOS 15 or later. For copies obtained via the Mac App Store, your license is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. 100% On-Device Processing & Privacy

Voice37 processes speech-to-text transcription and local AI rewriting entirely on your Mac hardware using embedded inference engines (Whisper and Qwen3). Voice37 does not transmit your microphone audio, text transcripts, or rewriting prompts to external cloud servers. Your voice data remains strictly on your local device.

4. Model Downloads & Data Storage

Voice37 requires compatible model weights (such as Whisper GGML and Qwen3 GGUF) to perform speech recognition and formatting. Initial model downloads require an active internet connection to retrieve verified model data from public repositories. Once downloaded, all computation runs entirely offline.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all audio recorded through the Software, all transcripts generated, and all written text created or modified using the Software. Circle37 claims no intellectual property rights or ownership in any content you process with Voice37.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Speech recognition and artificial intelligence language modeling are inherently probabilistic. While Voice37 is engineered for high accuracy and includes spoken self-correction, transcripts and rewrites may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated text before relying on it for legal, professional, financial, or medical purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voice37 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Circle37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Software.
